开仓时间:time>092000 and time<150000;

强平时间:time>=150000;

1.在开仓条件里面加入上面的开仓时间比如：

if c>o and 开仓时间 then buy.......;

2.多加一句强平语句比如：

if 强平时间 then begin

    sell........;

    sellshort........;

end
